We will give you the tools you need to succeed. Great software for measuring and writing estimates, great software for seeing where homes have been damaged by storms over the past 4 years, and much more.
We only do shingle and metal roofing on houses, multi-family properties, and hotels.
We have a proprietary gutter system that is the size of a 5" gutter but flows like a 6" gutter
This is a 1099 Position so you can deduct a bunch of your expenses even things you only use for business part time(like a new truck).
If you know anything about roofing and have the true desire to make as much money as possible then this is the job for you. If you know about roofing but can’t get out of bed in the morning to start your day without somebody forcing you then this probably isn't the job for you.
Requirements from Candidate:
Self Starter
Desire to Earn as much money as possible
Ability to cover a large territory of 100 miles around St Louis.
Vehicle that can carry an extension ladder and be able to get on roofs and access any damage.
Be able to use effectively tablets and smartphone and have access to one.
Have a printer to carry in your vehicle to print estimates and make copies.
Be able to maximize sale by getting referrals in areas of completed jobs.
