Position Overview: As an Integrity Representative, you will generate new customer relationships and assist with service contract plans while receiving inbound calls from qualified prospects. Our agents perform data entry of contract plans and input information into the computer system. This is a full-time, in-person position and excellent work will be rewarded with spiffs, bonuses, and growth opportunities. Auto Warranty/ P&C License/ Vehicle Industry experience is recommended but not required.
Responsibilities to include:
· Develop positive working relationships with clients.
· Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make an informed decision about their purchase. If
· Answer inbound phone calls to assist with customers' questions and concerns.
· Communicate professionally with customers per the script provided in training.
· Promote the benefits, coverage, and the terms of the product to potential customers.
· Update the CRM after each call with notes.
· Meets sales goals and weekly quotas.
· Product Knowledge.
· Organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales.
· Maintain a positive attitude.
