-Responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs
-Greeting customers and telling them about the types of services our shop offers
-Translate customer's needs into work orders for technicians, prepare estimates for customers and bill customers when work is complete
-Update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Valid drivers license
Computer literacy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers' descriptions
Work knowledge of the industry
Monday-Friday 8-5
No weekends
