Successful Independent Route Operators run their assigned territory and engage in the following services:
-Distribute and sell products into accounts/stores.
-Visit and service accounts/stores/customers on a regular basis to assess inventory, and sell and offer recommendations to increase sales of Utz products.
-Identify existing opportunities and new in-store product locations for increased shelf space, displays and product visibility, leading to higher sales and to motivate customers towards additional product purchases.
-Solicit, process, and instantly fulfill product orders associated with your route sales.
-Build professional and lasting business relationships with key store management.
