Busy Independent automobile agency in need of an individual who is able to multi task and able think on their feet on the fly. This person needs to be able to work independently and in synch with management, must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and be able to be insured.
Responsibilities include: (1) to stock in, evaluate, and inspect all purchases. (2) assign vehicles to and communicate with service repair, body shop, and detail facilities as needed. (3) Follow and track vehicles progress daily. (4) order all needed parts in a timely manner for the repair of the vehicles. (5) transport vehicles to and from repair facilities. (6) Perform small mechanical duties such as install batteries, change wiper blades, air up tires, gas up vehicles (7) Prep vehicles for delivery. (8) Communicate with the Sales Manager and sales representatives about the progress of vehicles. (9) Coordinate and maintain the cleanliness and parking of the vehicles out on the retail lot. (10) Keep up the appearance of the sales offices and dealership showroom i.e. dust, sweep, empty trash, drive vehicles in and out of the showroom
