Hiring: Automotive Technician — Full-Time
Location: Oakville, MO (New location opening near Washington, MO)
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Automotive Technician to join our growing shop. This is a veteran-owned, independently operated repair shop—no corporate games, no micro-managing, just honest work in a friendly environment where employees are treated like family.
Who We're Looking For:
Preferably experienced techs with inspection authorization
Comfortable diagnosing and completing repairs independently
Detail-oriented and able to turn out clean, comeback-free work
Friendly and professional with coworkers and customers
Bonus if you’ve got 10+ years experience or can step up as a lead mechanic
What We Offer:
Weekends off and a set weekday schedule
One week vacation and birthday holiday starting Day 1

Occasional overtime only in emergencies
Pay based on experience and performance:
Entry level: starting around $23/hr
Mid- to upper-level techs: up to $35–$40/hr
Room for advancement as we open a second shop
