You must have experience and have your own tools and transportation
You must know how to make units ready for rent
Looking for a person who’s experience in hanging doors and framing, drywall baseboards, and other knees that are Carpetman handyman does
I’m not looking for anybody that’s trying to just practice or just get paid for the day
You do not get paid just for showing up to work if you don’t have the skills that I’m looking for please don’t apply and waste your time or mine
Must be ready to work every day Monday through Friday
You will get paid every Friday. This is not a cash job. You will receive a check as well as as a 1099 if you can’t work with that, please don’t apply.
The job starts off at $20 an hour till you prove yourself so please don’t ask me why I’m only paying $20 an hour so the people I had in the past didn’t even have the skills todeserve $10 an hour
