Commercial/Residential Painting Estimator
We are looking for a professional person with current experience in this field and a proven track record of estimating, sales, client-employee management and completed projects under their belt.
We have a great staff and would like to add another quality individual to our team.
Responsibilities Include:
Estimating Commercial/Residential the ability to Field Measure and do Blue Print Take-offs
Preparation of bid documents, contracts, negotiations, RFI's, construction documents, change orders, submittals, billings and all administration for projects.
Overall job management of field employees, scheduling, procuring products and equipment, safety planning, timeline management, job cost tracking and management.
Leading your team and being a team player in all efforts for the success of United Painting.
Maintaining bid and sales goals.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency is required
Salary will be based on experience plus 401 k, health insurance, vacation, paid holidays and more
