PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for experienced Concrete Form and Finish Carpenters to work on a long-term project at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. As a Concrete Carpenter, you'll support a large network of concrete contractors and earn $28.00 - $32.00 /hr plus $100.00/diem, days worked. Overtime is also available at 50+ hours per week.

Job Duties:
Measure, cut, shape and install wood or metal concrete forms using nails or other fasteners. Read blueprints and build forms accordingly. Drill holes in materials. Build and assemble forms for pouring concrete. Cut, shape, and join materials using carpentry tools and techniques. Verify dimensions, level, and alignment of forms. Hand trowel surface and edges to required finish. Work with buckets and pump truck to place concrete. Operate vibrator during concrete pours. Install post shores per instructions. Install reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh. Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Form Carpenter in heavy commercial and industrial settings. Strong knowledge of formwork systems and concrete pouring techniques. Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans. Proficient in using hand and power tools associated with carpentry work. Excellent understanding of safety protocols and adherence to industry standards.
