Well established residential design/build firm looking to add laborer(s), mid level carpenters, and lead carpenters to the field crew for full time W-2. Ideal candidate has the following:
-reliable & presentable transportation to and from work (company vehicle will be provided for running to job sites throughout the day for laborers)
-valid drivers license with clean record (be honest upfront as we will verify)
-willing and able to pass preemployment conditions (ie background, reference check x 2, DL, etc)
-construction experience is needed for all positions except for laborers.
Work will include the following for laborers/runners:
-demo, hauling debris, cleaning, picking up materials, assisting lead and mid level carpenters (company truck provided from shop to job sites and back to shop)
Lead and mid level carpenters
-Carpenters are expected to do the above items listed as needed, but more focused on installing doors/windows/base/case/built ins/cabinets. Taking full responsibility on jobs sites is a must. Assist and take direction from the Project managers. We primarily work on kitchens, baths, basements, additions, and outdoor living projects all in the residential sector (no commercial or new builds) All work is high end work and expectations are high of us and our clients.
-willing and able to work 35-40 hrs per week. M-F 7-3:30. No weekend work. Pay period Wednesday -Tuesday. Payday every Friday (direct deposit)
-must have reliable smart phone and able to clock in and out with our construction software, compete daily logs with progress pictures.
-Tool allowance provided
