We work really hard 9 months out of the year and take winters off to travel, pursue hobbies, relax, and live out our dreams. If you can handle working outdoors, cold, hot, rain, working Saturdays, not having a set time you go home, working alone, working 50+ hours per week and you are self-motivated, committed, take pride in the work you produce, and have good communication skills, this may be the place for you. We are a growing wood restoration company with openings for new technicians.
-Rockstar technicians can average $1,200 - $1,500+ per week
Technicians spend their days working on decks and fences, responsibilities include:
- Pressure washing
- Staining & Painting
- Lumber replacement
- Equipment maintenance
- Maintaining their work van’s inventory
- Interaction with Customers
- Scheduling workflow
- Working in a combination of teams and on their own
- Training new technicians
- Turning ugly wood into amazing wood
Must have a Driver's License with a clean driving history.
