Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in painting (residential and/or commercial).
Proficient in using a paint spray gun (must know how to operate it independently).
Truck preferred but not required—reliable transportation is necessary.
Must be hardworking and able to work well with others in a team setting.
Ability to follow project timelines and maintain a high standard of work.
