Clean, no-drama worksites. Mostly bath/kitchen remodels + unoccupied rental remodels. NO ROOFING, NO CONCRETE.
No nights or weekends required. We have TWO Full-Time position available, one a a basic laborer starting between $18-21/hr and the second for someone with experience between $24-34/hr. Health Insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Holidays off.
We leave from our office by Alton Lowes to the jobsite every morning, you will not need your own truck/tools.
All jobsites in Alton, Godfrey, Bethalto Illinois area.
Requirements:
-must be 18+ to apply
-M-F, 7:45-4:45 with paid lunch
-RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to our office in Alton- MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Experience driving truck/trailer preferred.
-able to sit, stand, crouch, kneel, and lift 40lbs+
-attention to detail, professional attitude, clean and positive (we work in many family homes)
-ability to work independently and adapt quickly (we remodel/repair many historic homes)
