HVAC Instructor (part-time)
Job Label:Adj HVAC FY26
East Central College hasopenings for part-time evening Adjunct HVAC instructors. Instructors areresponsible for instructing students in the classroom and laboratory. Instructors are needed for the Spring semester.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: (A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications
Ideal candidate would be experienced in residential HVAC service and installation with experience training and mentoring entry level technicians. Additional commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration experience would be a plus.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
EPA 608 universal certification required
Prior experience teaching is ideal but work-related experience will be considered.

Adjuncts are hired on a per semester basis and are eligible to teach a maximum of 18 credit hours per calendar year and only9 credit hours per semester.
