UNION SHOP //Experienced Journeyman to install and repair kitchen equipment hot side and refrigeration side and HVAC. You would be fixing walk-in coolers and freezers, prep tables, ice machines etc. Hot side you would be fixing skillets, ovens, rational ovens etc. We install so you need to know copper pipes and gas for hot side and refrigerants for cold side.
