We're looking for a motivated HVAC laborer/ helper to join our growing team. You'll assist HVAC technicians on residential and light commercial service calls and installations. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone who wants to learn the hvac trade.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
. Assisting with the installation of HVAC equipment (furnaces, A/C units, ductwork)
. Carrying and staging tools, and materials.
. Site clean-up before and after jobs
. Basic measurements and material cutting
. Help with loading/unloading trucks
. Following safety protocols
Requirement:
. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
. Punctual and dependable
. Willingness to learn and take direction
. Basic hand tool knowledge a plus
Experience not required-we will train the right candidate.
