Job Description: Fabrication of raw metals into decorative wrought iron fencing, gates, step railings, stairs, structural balconies, forging, etc.
Ideal if applicant would have at least 5-10 years experience in the "ornamental iroin” industry. Relevant fabrication experience is a requirement. We are especially interested in candidates with excellent math skills and are mechanically inclined. Job requires the ability to lift 75 lbs, a high school diploma or GED. Experience reading CAD drawings is a plus. Knowledge of MIG & TIG welding is required. Above average math skills is necessary (adding fractions, determining pitch/angles, etc.)
Fluent English is necessary to convey the daily details of the job. Every job is custom and requires different job instructions and varied skills as a fabricator. Fabricators expected to weld with an emphasis on quality and accuracy. Strong math skills are a must. Sometimes we may ask you go to the jobsite and help install if additional hands are necessary on a specific job or if the regular install helper is out for the day.
Jeans and other clothing appropriate to the weather is the responsibility of the employee. After a 3-month trial period, work pants and work t-shirts are provided by the company. Employee to provide their own welding helmet. We provide other PPE job related items.

Weekends: We rarely work on Saturday and never on Sundays.
