Duties:
Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
Assist w/ general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, pools, appliances, etc.
Ensure vacant units are prepared to move-in ready status
Report any maintenance concerns to his/her supervisor
Must be able to work Mon thru Fri 7am to 4pm and rotating on-call schedule
HVAC certification is a plus
Incentives:
Starting rate of $25/hr
$1500 signing bonus
50% rental discount
