Motorsports Fabricator
We are a small business business with huge possibilities! Growing motorsports manufacturer/custom car builder seeking a motivated and talented TIG Welder/Fabricator. The Position: Were looking for a full-time fabricator. The starting pay range is between $16.00 and $24.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Production Welding
-Prototyping new products
-Custom chassis fabrication
-Fabricate performance parts to spec
-Ability to measure, design, machine necessary parts
-Be a team player who is driven to work hard and progress
Requirements:
-3+ years in the performance motorsports fabrication field
-Ability to use and maintain basic shop equipment (i.e. mills, lathes, tubing benders, shears, plasma cutters, band saws, cold saws).
-Proficiency in TIG welding aluminum, stainless steel, titanium
-Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
-Understanding of automotive mechanical systems with the ability and versatility to perform necessary work on cars to build, install, and/or test fit parts. Experience in a race car team environment major plus.
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Must possess a valid drivers license
-Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check
