Job description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
Starting Feb. 8th 2025 we will be starting (2) big projects. They each have aprox 125 units each.
GOAL: To install new air handlers/Furnaces, change out line set, install new condenser.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, the ability to read and interpret schematics, and proficiency in various installation techniques.
Duties
Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and schematics.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welders to ensure proper installation and functioning of equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems as a service technician.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Familiarity with appliance repair techniques related to HVAC equipment.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to HVAC installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC installation are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.66 per hour
