Well rounded carpenters needed for rehabbing and remodeling houses. Must be able to frame decks, basements, room additions, structural repairs, install trims-baseboards, crown, casings, cabinetry, windows and doors. Must also be able to paint and complete fixtures and hardware assemblies and installations including light plumbing/electrical fixtures installations/replacements.
Year-round, full-time work all over St. Louis and St. Charles Counties.
$25-40/hour based on experience.
1099 Trial Period. W-2 w/benefits potential for long term.
No drugs on jobsites, No criminal record, must be able to work with in both occupied homes and communicate effectively with homeowners as well as be productive independently and with crews in vacant properties.
