Job description
We are looking for a long term, positive, individual to become part of our General Contracting Team. You'll perform a large range of work, the scope will include inspections, assessing emergency situations and keeping tight timelines on a multitude of projects. Level of finishes could be high end renovation and flips, kitchen and bath remodel, smaller jobs and make readies for property management companies. We also work with the government and HUD development and expect the same high level of quality at all properties in all neighborhoods.
Must possess knowledge of all processes of construction and a general skill set to complete all aspects of a renovation are required. Light Plumbing, Light Electrical Needed. Pay will be adjusted for specialty skills or licenses (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Knowledge of exteriors and basic structure are also a must. Some Tuckpointing or Masonry Skills a PLUS but not a Must.
We will provide licensed, electrician, plumbers, and HVAC as needed for larger scale scopes but you must have a basic understanding of all these systems because the rest will be up to you. Will need own basic tools and transportation. (specialty tools provided by AB) Work truck provided after 90 days.
Property Management and Renovation can be tricky so a Optimistic, Problem Solving Attitude is a MUST!
Pay Starts at $20.00 per hr and will be adjusted up based on experience.
