We are looking for a self-starter, personable, and detail-oriented individual to deliver excellent customer service in performing all ReCoat Revolution services on-site to our customers. The goal is to perform all tasks with excellence and improve customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Perform floor cleaning and refinishing services
Provide service and customer support during field work
Manage all on-site service performance
Diagnose errors or problems and determine solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across organization
Comprehend customer requirements and expectations and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements and Skills
Proven field service experience
Proven excellence in sales and customer experience success
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
English literacy
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Punctual, meticulous and attentive to detail
Ability to follow prescribed processes and procedures
Diligent and hardworking performing tasks with efficiency and thoroughness
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
