Project Scope:
Demo existing damaged area and dispose of debris into on-site dumpster
Knock down existing wall
Rebuild and frame sunroom new plywood exterior walls (approx. 400 sq. ft. Celling Walls Roof )
Install:
1 exterior door
3 windows
Install siding: 4 squares (approx. 400 sq. ft.)
Install:
90 linear feet of fascia
90 linear feet of soffit
Frame and sheet new roof over sunroom area
Frame and sheet exterior walls
Payment:
Piecework price: $3,900 total
Requirements:
Experience in:
Framing walls and roofs
Installing windows, doors, siding, fascia, and soffit
Must provide own tools and transportation We provide all matterial
