Our busy logistics & delivery company has an immediate opening for a customer service representative. We handle all types of freight including air freight. The primary duties are answering inbound calls, accurately placing orders in our dispatch system, assisting drivers and customers along with some light office work. Includes outbound calls to schedule delivery appointments and update customers and end users. Computer skills are a must to utilize our dispatch software along with customers' websites. This position requires a team player who is able to multi-task and respond quickly. We are hiring for the long term and benefits are included (health and dental insurance, paid time off).
