We are a growing, family organized company currently seeking an innovative, highly motivated, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Home Delivery Dispatcher.
The role is in-person in St. Louis, MO, and reliable transportation is required.

Monitor daily routes through Excel based tracking system
Use proprietary Order Management Software to review notes/photos from installation appointments to validate completion and customer satisfaction
Gain entry level knowledge on the appliance installation process to be able to help guide the customer experience
Experience in customer service or appliance installation/sales preferred not required
Exceptional communication and administrative skills to navigate situations
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suites
Experience in logistics support, business or related field – preferred not required
Communication with teams and leadership to identify and solve escalated situations
Resolve pickup or delivery issues promptly, addressing concerns raised by customers or drivers
Communicate clearly with contractors, consumer and retail client via phone to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction
Team Player-Enthusiastic with a Positive attitude with the ability to multitask
Should be detailed oriented, able to multi-task, organized and highly self-motivated
Must have a friendly and professional attitude, speech, writing skills and appearance
