Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have project management, communication and planning training programs which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Organizational Change ManagerLocation: St. Peters MOPay Range: $70 - $87 hourly (W2 only)Contract: 1 Year (extension possible)Hybrid: Onsite 3-4 days a weekWhat’s the Job?
The OCM will be Business Change Mgmt focused and is responsible for supporting the local business through their change journey to maximize system adoption of SAP and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working.
Lead all change management activities in line with the company change management methodology and toolkit
Develop and maintain a local stakeholder map and engagement plan
Coach and support local SAP Super Users to become SAP change agents to drive change management activities with impacted end users
Own the local communication plan for internal and external stakeholder groups, develop and then coordinate delivery of local communications artefacts and campaigns
What’s Needed?
Minimum 5 years of experience of organizational change management within a large-scale program
SAP or any ERP System change management experience helpful
Passion for organizational change management and experience of managing resistance
Familiarity with planning of training programs
Must be well organized, self-starter, able to drive change, people/stakeholder management, handle any pushback, relationship building
