Job Description

We are seeking an entry-levelRecruiter to join our Global Recruitment Team in Springfield, MO. This position will be responsible for recruiting nurses & caregivers to work with medically fragile children & young adults.

• Ad placement and management across various websites
• High-volume phone calls
• Working with Care Coordination Staffing Teams in various Phoenix Offices
• Manage a current list of staffing needs and place ads accordingly
• Sourcing Nurses to fill open staffing needs
• Various other administrative duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High-level of organization
• Outgoing personality
• Prior office experience is preferred
