Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication throughout the organization Oversee compliance with legal and company policies, and maintain accurate records Handle FMLA related matters and other benefit functions efficiently Utilize ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks Operate ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient data transfer Employ the Ceridian and Dayforce platforms to manage HR functions Leverage UKG Pro to streamline HR processes and tasks.
