Once training on site is complete, we provide all equipment needed to work remotely from home.Training Hours: 9 am-5:30 pm CT Monday-FridayAfter training, scheduled hours between 9am-6pm CT Monday- FridaySaturday availability needed - if scheduled you will work 8 am-5 pm CT and have a day off during the week.Sundays Closed.Requirements of the position:High School Diploma or GEDCall center experience is NOT necessary.Customer service experience is an absolute MUST.We need individuals who are willing to provide excellent customer service to every caller.Must excel in critical thinking skills.Applicants need to be proficient on the computer with the ability to toggle thru several screens/programs at a time.Applicants must be Microsoft savvy; send emails, word docs, organize folders, basic organization skills.Should be able to multi-task; talk and type.This Position will be in support of our Verizon Enhanced Communities Value Program (VVP)VEC enables properties to secure industry-leading FiOS TV and/or Internet service for all of their residents at a discounted rate.Customer Service Center Agents are designated to care for the specific ordering needs (new orders, upgrades, billing, etc.) of our VVP customers.We are expected to be the experts when it comes to:Trouble shootingSales assistanceOrder writingError correctionOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
