The goal is to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services to minimize downtime and keep the plant running at peak efficiency. This role involves both hands-on work and supervisory responsibilities, including coaching and mentoring employees, overseeing safety, and ensuring company protocols are followed.Responsibilities
