Duties:Take charge of planning, organizing, and executing residential home and garage construction projects from inception to completion. Oversee multiple construction projects in different locations and ensuring seamless coordination between teams and subcontractors. Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Lead, mentor, and motivate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient collaboration and successful project execution. Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment. Maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards, specifications, and building codes. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly. Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and expenditures. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality to ensure projects remain within budget constraints. Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe work environment. Foster open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permit approvals and address any compliance issues. Provide regular project updates and maintain transparent communication channels. Supervises First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers. Position requires on-site work and travel between various project sites within a 3-hour radius from Winston (HQ Office) approx. 4 days/week, and in-person office work at Winston or Neosho office locations 1 day/week.
