Looking for maintenance professional for managing household repairs, improvements and chore type tasks for small property management company serving Yellowstone County.
Pay range is based on knowledge and ability to identify and repair issues for the safety and well being of the property and its tenants.
Requirements:

ability to prioritize tasks
organization (on job site and paperwork)
pulling a trailer
basic tool safety and care
communication
ability to think on your feet and change gears quickly, when necessary
Experience/Knowledge/Common Tasks:
basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC
sheet rock repair/framing & remodel
floor laying/subfloor repair
snow removal/lawn care/sprinkler maintenance and install
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
