As our Bartender you will be responsible for greeting guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously.
All while supporting and leading the Server team.

Prior relevant experience, resume, and references required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Pay D.O.E., competitive in Livingston and bonus after one month on job
BASICS:
-Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner
-Bartenders are responsible for the setup, maintenance and operation of the bar.
-Provide exceptional food & beverage services for guests.
-Demonstrate commitment to guest satisfaction and positive employee and company relations.
-Must be team-oriented, positive and upbeat.
-Must be pleasant, helpful, friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and courteous in dealing with guests and co-workers.
-Must assist and support servers and Hosts with other job duties as requested or necessary.
-Prepare all drinks to standards and specifications for the customers and servers,
-Ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand
-Connect with guests
-Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages
-Act as the cashier for the servers when necessary.
-Provide guests with the best possible service skills and charm, while maintaining a professional distance and attitude.
-Continually create emotional attachments with each guest encounter and guarantee welcoming environment.
-Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas throughout and at the end of shift.
-Communicate inventory levels to G.M.
-Fill out all necessary paperwork at the end of each shift
