Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Perform housekeeping duties as needed, including cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and company policies.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Ability to take initiative and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation (commute to work is necessary).
- Respectful and professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills.
Location: Big Sky, Montana (Candidates must be willing to commute to work).
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $27 per hour
- Additional: $25 per day fuel stipend.
