We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the outdoors and/or fly-fishing. A candidate should have great interpersonal traits, and be able to provide an excellent customer service experience at all intersections. A candidate should be able to be both a leader and follower within the framework of our team. A positive and enthusiastic attitude is critical to ensure our success. Previous retail experience is preferred, but an individual who has the above traits with no experience can learn quickly. Our success will be measured in how happy we make our customers!
