Front of House Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead our barista team at Market on Front. We are a popular, locally owned and operated restaurant in downtown Missoula, Montana. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, training and scheduling staff, assuring quality food and drink, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll oversee customer interactions, resolve issues, liaison with Back of House functions and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and efficient functions.
- Manage staff and daily operations including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee inventory and ordering for the FOH.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Leadership, coaching and mentorship of all FOH staff members
- Overseeing the FOH schedule to ensure proper staffing levels in each FOH position
- Adherence to, overseeing of, and continued improvement of systems, procedures, and policies

- Proven experience in hospitality
- Barista experience strongly recommended
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
