Job Description:
CORE Concrete is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to assist in the construction of concrete surfaces, including sidewalks, driveways, floors, and other structures.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and construction plans to determine where concrete will be installed.
- Set up forms to create walls, structures, or pillars.
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete to fill forms evenly.
- Apply waterproofing sealants, hardening agents, and other treatments to finished concrete.
- Polish dried concrete to enhance its texture and appearance.
- Install construction elements such as steel plates and anchor bolts in concrete.
- Ensure all work meets the specifications established in blueprints and construction plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with concrete is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
