Description Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks and expense reports. This dynamic department will provide you with opportunities for career growth and advancement. Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
Implement full-cycle A/P
Execute additional tasks as needed
Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department
Provide support during internal and external audits Requirements - Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
Data entry experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Strong organization skills
Competent with spreadsheets and databases
