In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:Monitor Inbound Work Que (IBWQ) for incorrect, duplicate or missing Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) information.
Investigate ASN issues and provide documentation of the issues with resolution to leadership.
Communicate with vendors to determine receipt issue resolution.
Provide documentation of receipt inaccuracies to the Quality Department personnel for creation of Quality Notification (QN) issuance to vendors.
Rectify discrepancies with Accounts Payable (AP). Communicate with vendor and AP to determine invoice issue resolution.
Maintain storage of Vendor Receipts/Packing Slips
Perform Operations Material Planner role duties as required
Interpersonal working relationships with multi-levels of employees and management, including Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Sourcing, Toro Fleet and external Transportation contacts.
Regularly interacts with Toro suppliers to correct material delivery issues on a timely basis.
Provide receipt and packing slip information to coordinate/resolve situations.
Make daily independent decisions under general supervision while following supervisor expectations.
May work under pressure to meet schedule changes, deal with parts emergencies and outages, or deal with unforeseen delivery problems.
Performs other duties as required.
