- Maintain catalogs for all B2B grocery, large retail or other wholesale accounts requiring catalogs including item lists, specs, pricing and all activities surrounding the communication of catalog material to buyers and support staff- Accountable to ensure all EDI systems and portals for B2B grocery and large retail/wholesale accounts are up to date, reflecting current specs, inventory, certifications and other required information to facilitate sales and invoice transactions-Effectively handle customer problems and provide a timely resolution with regards to order processing and fulfillment for shipments-Accountable to know the requirements of each customer with regards to catalog maintenance, shipping requirements and all fees and charges associated with delivery, invoicing and other account related charges impacted by the ordering and shipping process-Ensure invoicing occurs on time to manage company cash flow and support sales with required info for payments and collections.- Prepare and deliver invoices to customers in timely and efficiently manner via EDI and portal systems. Support accounting team with invoicing from Quickbooks/Fishbowl or non-portal/EDI systems.-Fill out relevant shipping forms and documentation required by customers and carriers-Ensure new account setup and related documentation is completed on time including compliance documents-Identify process improvements and continue to find efficiencies and cost savings-Coordinate tradeshow planning and logistics and support sales staff needs for show participation                                                -Performs other duties as directed by the company CEO
