To perform and supervise the labor, carpentry and concrete
Project coordination.
Field records- time cards, daily reports, and project progress
Job site organization, image and safety.
Project cost.
To communicate with project manager regarding submittals,
deliveries, and subcontractors.
To maintain company vehicles, equipment and tools.
To ensure that the project meets the requirements of the plans,
specifications, submittals, shop drawings, contract terms and
change orders.
To ensure that projects are completed within the necessary time frame.
Coordinate with general manager, project manager, other project superintendents, and office manager.
Supervise company field employees and subcontractors.
