Job Description:   Bish Enterprises, a family-owned agricultural equipment business, is seeking an energetic Sales Manager. This multifaceted role calls for an individual ready to commit to our unique and unconventional product line and the dynamic agricultural industry.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead our small but dedicated sales team, drive customer acquisition, increase revenue growth, and oversee direct sales efforts. Collaborating with upper management as well as our marketing team, you'll devise strategic sales and marketing plans, manage the marketing budget, and ensure our campaigns align with our brand identity.  This role will be directly involved with the day-to-day sales, while simultaneously providing coaching, guidance, and accountability to our sales team members.
Your knack for analyzing the effectiveness of these strategies will be critical to optimizing our sales potential. As the primary contact for sales-related issues, we will rely on your proactive problem-solving skills.
