This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a market leading company that is fast-paced, goal-driven and focused on making a difference.The Product Manager will lead global product strategies, drive innovative solutions to customer challenges, lead day-to-day operations for top line growth and profitability, and provide market leadership in the commercialization of innovative cell culture products.Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the position is crucial to identifying future product requirements and implementing an outstanding customer experience in the growing and evolving field of cell culture and cell therapy.What will you do?

Lead & handle programs from concept to commercialization (full product lifecycle)

Responsible and accountable for life cycle management of product portfolio, including annual financial objectives, new product development roadmap and go-to-market strategies

Collaborates with cross functional teams to bring new innovations to the market, including the creation of new go to market strategies, product positioning, and financials.

Serve as product champion with internal collaborators, global marketing and commercial teams, and customers

Develop and maintain close relationships with field organizations (e.g., sales and technical support) through training and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits and customer support.

Facilitate the Voice of Customer (VOC), enabling data driven decision-making across the portfolio

Develop arguments for investments and present to peers and leadership

Provide product management support in business partnerships and collaborations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry or similar required

Master’s degree in scientific field or MBA strongly preferred

Required Experience

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in product management or market development & commercialization role, plus competitive market research skills

Knowledge of protein production & gene therapy market

Highly detail-orientated, efficient and organized mentality

Experience working directly with customers

Advanced skills in Microsoft Products: PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI

Self-starter / growth mindset with the ability to build and implement plans with minimal direction

Ability to work in matrix organizational structure.

Outcome orientation and a strong desire to plan to measure the success of initiatives.
