We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, organized person who can run all aspects of a childcare center, including but not limited to: providing excellent customer service to new and existing families, hiring and training of staff, giving tours, successfully maintaining all licensing requirements, and all other aspects of the center's daily operation. The candidate we are looking for must have the following:
1. a degree in ECE or similar
2. at least 5 years of proven leadership, preferably as a previous director or assistant director
3. excellent written and oral communication skills
4. be friendly, outgoing, organized, responsible, and dependable
5. able to work independently with only minimal directives from upper management/owners
6. have excellent customer and PR skills
7. enjoy the fun (and sometimes the challenges) of this strong leadership position
