This team-focused role collaborates with others to support office and client goals while maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial, employee, and client information.Responsibilities: Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.Post revenue, prepare financial reports, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.Process biweekly, quarterly, and annual tax deposits and filings.Maintain organized and accurate financial records.Provide general office support, including answering phones, handling mail, greeting visitors, and assisting team members to maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
