Description:Compare contract and drawings for discrepancies for incomplete information.Compare quote and contract for discrepancies.Maintain and update the engineering work order (golden document) in myProject.Process Change Orders and maintain customer satisfaction, while also protecting the bottom line on the projects.
Projects include: Manufacturing plants, Educational facilities, Commercial buildings, Agricultural Buildings to name a few.
Skills:metal products, blue beam, Construction, Project managementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
An associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction/design related field preferred
Metal Building experience gained from manufacturing, drafting, estimating, or construction
Experience with Bluebeam and ERP software
Ability to read blueprints and specifications required
