Job Description:

Helpdesk Coordinator/Helpdesk Support

Onsite in Lincoln, NE

Ongoing contract with the option for extension

Responsibilities
  • Receives user requests via e-mail and phone for technical assistance and documents requests.
  • Instructs the user on problem resolution; assures resolution is complete.
  • Provides technical instruction/assistance on how to use functions and features.
  • Analyzes and diagnoses hardware and software problems with the technical guidance and assistance of other Program or information technology staff; works with these staff to resolve problems.
  • Investigates reported system or user malfunctions and document findings (solve user errors) and communicates with appropriate staff to resolve user issues.
  • May occasionally visit local sites to resolve systems or hardware issues
  • Develops user training materials and participates in user training sessions.

Mandatory Position Requirements
  • At least one year experience in IT User Support or Helpdesk related role.
  • Must be local and be onsite in the Lincoln, NE area.
