Assist in managing building assets including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electricalsystems;
Assist in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenanceprograms;
Conduct roomand equipmentinspections and identify repairneeds;
Conduct appropriate coaching and accountability ofengineeringassociatesin accordance with Atrium’s CoreValues;
Assist with scheduling Associates according to businesslevels;
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report equipment problems and maintenance issues, accidents, injuries and safety hazards, or unsafe work conditions toleadership;
Complete tasks that could have been assigned Maintenance Technician;and
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:Required Prior Experience:Three (3) years of prior engineering/maintenance experiencePreferred Prior Experience:Prior supervisory and/or leadership experienceRequired Education:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Licenses/ Certification:HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing CertificationPhysical:Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionallyAble to bend and squat repeatedly;Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shiftOther:Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidaysPay Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience.When you’re an Atrium Associate, you’re a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate ‘Home Away From Home’ for our guests.
