The ideal candidate will support the compensation team in processing accurate and timely payroll for employees, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with administrative tasks.Responsibilities may include:Assist in preparing and processing payroll for weekly and biweekly pay cycles.Maintaining payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, and adjustments.Verifying employee work hours, resolve discrepancies, and ensure payroll accuracy.Processing new hires, terminations, and updates in payroll systems.Responding to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and payroll regulations.Performing data entry, payroll audits, and reconciliations.Weekend and holiday work hours may be required depending on payroll dates.
